Looking Back with Gratitude

My husband, Tim, and I drove to Florida to help care for my mom and give my dad some relief over the Thanksgiving holiday. I am grateful that I was able to take an extended trip. Also grateful that Tim and I took some respite in Cedar Key, Florida, before returning to Fayetteville. Having created the Soul-Care Strategy Cards, I recognize more and more the importance of mindful attention of caring for myself.
